This site has one form. What you type into it is emailed to Peter O’Donoghue and nowhere else. There is no mailing list, no marketing platform, no advertising pixel and no sale of anybody’s details to anybody, ever.

Enabled by AI is the data controller for information collected through this site. Post reaches us at Lambourne House, Lambourne Crescent, Cardiff CF14 5GL. For anything about your data, write to peter@predictablesales.com.

What you send us. The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and mobile number, and optionally your company and a message. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you about a workshop. The lawful basis is legitimate interests — you asked us to get in touch, and replying is what you were expecting.

What the server records. Our host, Vercel, keeps ordinary technical logs of requests to the site, including IP addresses, for a short period. That is what keeps the site up and fends off abuse.

Analytics. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site today. If that changes, a banner will ask before anything is set, and declining will be honoured on that visit and every later one.

Two suppliers, both acting on our instructions and neither of them selling anything on:

• Vercel hosts the site and runs the form endpoint.
• Resend delivers the resulting email to Peter.

Your enquiry then lives in Peter’s email, as it would if you had written to him directly. We will also disclose information where the law requires it, which in practice has never happened.

The form itself stores nothing — there is no database behind it. The email that reaches Peter is kept while there is a live conversation and for as long as we have a business reason to keep it afterwards, then deleted. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it at all. Write to peter@predictablesales.com and we will deal with it within a month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This policy covers the website. A workshop engagement is a separate matter and gets its own agreement: we do not take copies of your systems, the work is built inside your own tools under your own accounts, and what may and may not be sent to an AI model is decided by you and written down on the day. Where a workshop involves us handling personal data belonging to your company, that is covered by the letter of engagement rather than by this page.
